    Provided project management service to increase broadband usage, service and investment in telecommunications systems in rural areas of Isanti County. 
  • Northern Minnesota Health Care Network - HIT Project
    Managed a large-scale Health Information Technology project for a consortium of 17 health care centers in rural Minnesota.  Completed phase one - purchase, conversion and installation of Centricity practice management system - in June, 2006.  Currently managing project phase two - purchase and installation of Centricity electronic health record system.
  • St. Louis County - Customer Service & Process Improvement Project
    Managed a one year initiative to assess and improve customer service processes for the license division.
  • Sonju Auto Dealership - Employee Involvement & Process Improvement Project
    Managed a two year initiative to assess and improve internal and external customer service processes.
